Paul D. has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Paul is currently working as the Head of Retail at Matthew Algie since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Lavazza Group as a Channel Manager from July 2020 to October 2022. Paul also has experience as the Head of Neptune Cafes at Neptune Home, where they successfully created and managed a new deli restaurant business called The Provenist. Paul was responsible for aligning the board with the vision and strategy, achieving financial break-even, and managing a team of six. Before that, Paul held roles at Costa Coffee as a Partnerships Development Manager and a National Account Manager. Paul also worked as an Account Manager at UCAS, a Business Developer at Photo-Me International Plc, and a Business Development Manager at Original Video UK Ltd T/A The Movie Booth. Paul started their career as a Sales Manager at Original Video UK Ltd.

Paul D. attended the University of Gloucestershire from 1998 to 2002, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Leisure & Business Management.
