Christine Wyke, SHRM-CP, is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and employee relations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Matthews International since March 2021, Christine previously held roles at Alcoa as Talent Acquisition, and as Talent Acquisition Manager at Summit Transport and Environmental. Christine's expertise extends to full cycle recruitment, development of recruitment partnerships, community outreach, and analyzing recruitment metrics for staffing needs. Additional experience includes managing regional HR functions at Nine Energy Service, where responsibilities included responding to unemployment claims, facilitating onboarding, and overseeing employee relations. As Director of Human Resources at Shalewater Solutions, Christine managed all HR functions and led recruitment efforts for over 600 employees in the oil and gas sector.
