Erin M. Black

Erin M. Black is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Matthews International since November 2014. Erin previously held the role of Associate Corporate Counsel and has also worked at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP in various capacities, including Compliance Manager and Compliance Analyst, where responsibilities encompassed managing multinational client engagements, corporate compliance issues, and drafting essential legal documents. Early career experiences include positions as a Marketing Assistant at Buchanan Ingersoll PC and a Community Relations Assistant at the Erie Zoological Society. Erin holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Allegheny College.
