Isaac Hartman

Isaac Hartman has extensive experience in production management and engineering, currently serving as Production Manager at Matthews International since November 2016, where responsibilities include workflow organization, production monitoring, and personnel supervision to ensure quality standards and safety compliance. Prior to this role, Isaac held the position of Production Supervisor, managing staff and production priorities while utilizing SAP for inventory and cost tracking. Previously, Isaac worked as Engineer/Safety Director at Brown Equipment & Machine Co., Inc., engaging in CAD modeling, job scheduling, and ensuring OSHA compliance. An internship at the same organization involved creating a job quoting template and assisting in production efforts. Isaac holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, earned between 2011 and 2015.
