Justin Cole

Justin Cole has extensive experience in various managerial roles within the manufacturing sector, currently serving as Plant Manager at Matthews International since September 2013, having previously held positions as Production Manager and Continuous Improvement Manager. Prior experience includes roles as Lean Facilitator at WESCO Distribution from April 2012 to September 2013, and Operational Excellence Black Belt at Cardinal Health from April 2009 to April 2012. Justin began a career at Owens Corning, where roles included Area Leader and Manufacturing Engineer from June 2002 to April 2009. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering from West Virginia University, earned between 1998 and 2002.
