Chad Plumly

Chad Plumly's work experience includes serving as the First Vice President of Capital Markets at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services since July 2021. Previously, they worked as a Director at Marcus & Millichap from July 2017 to April 2020. Prior to that, Chad held the position of VP at Bellwether Enterprise Real Estate Capital, LLC from July 2015 to July 2017. Chad also worked as a VP at Capital Advisors, Inc. from December 2009 to June 2015 and as a VP at RBC Capital Advisors from January 2006 to November 2009.

Chad Plumly obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in American History (United States) from Washington & Lee University, where they attended from 1980 to 1984. Following this, Chad pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, studying there from 1987 to 1989.
