Geoffrey Arrobio has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Geoffrey has worked in various roles within the real estate industry, specializing in commercial real estate financing. Arrobio has extensive experience in providing financing solutions for different asset types including multifamily, affordable housing, medical office, office, industrial assets, and retail. Geoffrey has worked with a wide range of capital providers such as banks, life insurance companies, CMBS, and private capital and debt funds. Arrobio has held senior positions in companies like Matthews Real Estate Investment Services, Walker & Dunlop, and Johnson Capital, where they were responsible for originating and placing commercial and multifamily real estate debt and equity. In addition to their real estate career, Arrobio has also served in advisory and board positions in organizations like Alpha Upsilon Sigma Chi (USC), Higher Ground Los Angeles 501c3, and Men's Guild of Childrens Hospital.

Geoffrey Arrobio completed their high school education at Chandler School from 1975 to 1983. Geoffrey then attended St. Francis High School from 1983 to 1987. Following this, Geoffrey enrolled at the University of Utah in 1987 for an unspecified degree and field of study. In 1988, they transferred to the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International and Real Estate Finance, completing their education in 1991.

In addition to their academic achievements, Geoffrey Arrobio obtained a certification as a CA Real Estate Broker from the California Department of Real Estate in January 2010.
