Jake Lurie is a finance professional with diverse experience in investment sales and credit risk analysis. Currently serving in an investment sales role focused on single-tenant net lease properties at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services since 2021, Jake previously worked as a leveraged finance credit risk analyst at UBS from 2020 to 2021. Early career experience includes an internship in trading business management at TD Securities and a financial representative position at Northwestern Mutual. Additionally, Jake held leadership roles as treasurer for Pi Kappa Alpha International Fraternity and director of community outreach for Gator Private Equity and Venture Capital Organization. Jake holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a major in Finance and a minor in Real Estate from the University of Florida and completed training through Wall Street Prep.
