Nicole Capobianco

Nicole Capobianco has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Nicole is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales Enablement & Recruiting at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Practice Manager at Empowered Care Chiropractic since August 2017.

Before that, Nicole held multiple roles at Greysteel from March 2017 to April 2022, including Vice President of Transaction Services and Director of Transaction Services. Nicole was responsible for various aspects of the transaction services department and was recognized for their leadership skills.

From May 2015 to February 2017, Nicole worked at POLARIS PACIFIC, where they focused on transaction management, unit sales, and construction management.

At lululemon athletica, from January 2014 to April 2015, Nicole was responsible for retail store operations, sales strategy, and business development.

Lastly, they worked at Hendricks-Berkadia from April 2007 to December 2013, where they handled transaction coordination, client communication, marketing materials, and legal documentation.

Nicole Capobianco pursued their education at California State University-Sacramento, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2009. Their focus of study during this time was in the field of Business. Additionally, Nicole obtained a Real Estate Salesperson License from the California Department of Real Estate in December 2017.
