Tamara Owens

Tamara Owens is an accomplished Executive Director with extensive experience in management and development. Currently serving as the Executive Director at Encore Management & Development since June 2022, Tamara previously held similar roles at Randall Residence from June 2021 to January 2025 and at Enlivant from January 2012 to May 2021, where the initial four years were spent as Sales Director. Tamara's educational background includes attendance at Columbus State University from 1988 to 1989.
