Crystal Fields-Burdick is a seasoned Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in integrated behavioral health and oncology support. Currently, Crystal serves in a full-time role at Matthews-Vu Medical Group and as a PRN LCSW Community Navigator for the Cancer Support Community. Prior experience includes a full-time position at Rocky Mountain Cancer Centers, along with independent contracting as a therapist for BetterHelp.com. Crystal has held roles in oncology social work at Penrose Hospital and as an adult case manager at The Resource Exchange. Additionally, Crystal's earlier career encompassed patient benefit coordination at Memorial Hospital. Crystal holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Colorado State University and has received training from the National Cancer Institute and the American Heart Association in Basic Life Support.
