Ma de Lourdes Escudero Valdez is a highly competent professional with extensive experience in service coordination, asset management, and administrative functions. Currently serving as a Service Coordinator at Mattie Rhodes Center since July 2020, Ma de Lourdes excels in building partnerships and maintaining client relationships. Prior roles include Manager of Asset Management and Leasing Administrative Assistant at Westside Housing Organization, where responsibilities encompassed leasing and maintaining resident relations. Previous experience includes serving as a Department Specialist at Old Navy, recognized as Employee of the Month in May 2016, and Administrative Manager at Industrial Organica SA de CV, overseeing accounting and human resources. Ma de Lourdes holds an Accounting degree from Tecnológico de Monterrey and certifications in Tax Credit specialization and Financial Capability from the National Center for Housing Management.

Our staff provides culturally competent programming in the following four areas: Family Services (behavioral health, family violence, substance abuse) Youth Services (in-school intervention, youth development, supportive living) Community Support (health and wellness, community engagement) Cultural Arts (arts education, exhibits and collections)
