Lane Velayo

Lane Velayo, CAE, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in nonprofit management and leadership. Currently serving as a Partner at Synergos AMC since January 2015, Lane focuses on empowering nonprofit organizations through strategic support and partnerships. Previously, Lane held the role of Executive Director at the Indiana Music Education Association, overseeing strategic planning, budget management, and program development. With a history of leading organizations such as LMV Consulting and the Indiana Hotel and Lodging Association, Lane has demonstrated skills in advocacy, educational initiatives, and membership growth. Additionally, Lane's early career included roles at Alpha Kappa Psi and the University of Cincinnati, laying a strong foundation in alumni development and donor recognition. Lane holds a BBA in Accounting and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati, further enhancing expertise in the nonprofit sector.
