Karim Jeshani

Karim Jeshani, CHRL, is an experienced professional in global total rewards and human resources, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Total Rewards at Mattr since September 2020, where responsibilities include developing strategies for compensation, benefits, retirement, mental health and wellness, and global recognition. Prior experience includes roles such as Manager and Head of Global Total Rewards at TD from April 2013 to August 2020, as well as various positions at The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company and ParaMed Home Health Care. Karim holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Engineering from McGill University and multiple certifications including Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL). Additionally, Karim has a Post Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management from George Brown College.
