Sofia Chmiel

Sofia Chmiel, CHRL, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Talent & Engagement Program Manager at Mattr since December 2017, having progressed through roles as a Human Resources Specialist and Human Resources Coordinator within the same company. Prior experience includes working as a Recruitment Coordinator at Scotiabank for a short tenure in 2017, and as a Human Resources Associate at Dream Unlimited across two separate periods in 2016. Sofia began her career as an Administrative Assistant at Humber College and served as a Human Resources Assistant at VIDPro. Sofia Chmiel holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Humber College.
