Biao Luo

Biao Luo is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in mobile application development. Currently employed at MATTR since November 2022, Biao previously worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Visa from May 2019 to November 2022, contributing to various high-profile projects including the Visa Digital Commerce App and Visa Analytics. Prior to Visa, Biao served as a Senior iOS Developer and Group Leader at Jumei.com, where leadership in the iOS feature group for the Jumei Youpin ecommerce app was demonstrated. Biao also held mobile engineering roles at Meilele Inc. and iFlytek Co., Ltd, focusing on product development and team coordination.
