Cherifa Senouci

Cherifa Senouci is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer retention and sales, currently serving as a Customer Retention Supervisor at Mattress Firm since May 2019, where previous roles included Lead Customer Retention Specialist and Inside Sales Admin. In addition to their corporate experience, Cherifa has contributed as a volunteer at Memorial Hermann Health System and Houston Methodist. Cherifa has also led initiatives in customer relationship management as a Team Leader at The Stephen Stagner Sales Excellence Institute, managing key accounts and participating in a prestigious sales program that included live sales experiences.
