Floyd Sanders

Floyd "Bo" Sanders serves as Chief of Staff and Head of Enterprise Planning at Mattress Firm since June 2021. Prior experience includes a role as Performance Unit Leader at bp from 2010 to November 2019, where leadership in the wind industry resulted in enhanced business health and safety improvements. Responsibilities also encompassed leading Health, Safety, Security, Environmental, and Emergency Response efforts for BP Shipping in the Americas, as well as participating in the Deepwater Horizon response. Prior roles include working with Wood Group PSN, Inc. in oil and gas services, and serving as a Nuclear Electrician's Mate in the US Navy, where responsibilities included operating and maintaining electrical systems on submarines. Floyd Sanders holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and completed training at the Naval Nuclear Power Training Command.
