Kevin Thompson is an experienced sales and leadership professional with a robust background in the retail and hospitality sectors. Currently serving as District Sales Manager at Mattress Firm since March 2023, Kevin leads a team focused on surpassing sales objectives while promoting a culture of improvement and growth. Previously, as Vice President of Sales and Online Sales Executive at Sleep Galleria, Kevin provided strategic oversight to multiple stores in the Atlanta Metro Area. Kevin's extensive career at Mattress Firm spans from 2000 to 2018 in various roles, culminating as Regional Vice President of Sales for the Southeast Region, where oversight of 140 retail locations and management of over $90M in sales revenue was achieved. Other notable positions include Director of Learning and Development at Travel Resorts of America, Inc., contributing to training systems development, and a history of effectively managing sales teams and training initiatives across multiple levels of operation.
