Matthew Ayele

Matthew Ayele has held various sales and management positions in the mattress industry. Matthew started their career at Sleep Train in 2005 and worked their way up to positions such as Regional Vice President and General Manager Sales & Training. In 2014, Matthew moved to Mattress Firm where Matthew currently holds the position of Regional Vice President of Sales. Throughout their career, Matthew has gained extensive experience in sales, training, and management.
