Currently serving as the Director of CX Design & Analytics at Mattress Firm since July 2004, Steve leads the strategic design and optimization of customer experience programs, utilizing research and data analysis to enhance overall customer satisfaction. Previous roles at Mattress Firm include Director Learning Data & Technology, Sr Manager Omnichannel Integration, and Director of Retail Development, demonstrating a strong focus on training and onboarding processes for new employees. Prior experience includes managing flagship stores at Healthy Back Store and Relax The Back, where Steve developed operational procedures and coordinated shipping and receiving across multiple locations.
