Tom Gioiella

Tom Gioiella has extensive work experience in operations and distribution management. Tom started their career in 1986 as a Managing Director at Lord & Taylor and then moved on to roles such as Distribution Manager at Koenig Art Supplies, Director of Operations at Eastern Paper of New England, Director of Distribution at NAMCO Pool & Patio, and Director of Operations at PhotoChannel Networks Inc. Tom most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at Mattress Firm.

Tom Gioiella has an MBA in Organizational Behavior from Quinnipiac University. Tom also holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Connecticut. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained a certification in Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development from The Wharton School in March 2023.
