Kirby dela Cruz

Kirby Dela Cruz has extensive experience in talent acquisition, currently serving at Mattson Resources since February 2012, where responsibilities include sourcing qualified candidates, conducting pre-screening interviews, and coordinating meetings between candidates and hiring managers. Prior to this role, Kirby worked as a Guest Service Center Operator at Shangrila's Boracay Resort and Spa for a brief period in 2011, managing guest inquiries and reservations. Kirby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of the Philippines Visayas, completed in 2011.
