Mike Welsh

Mike Welsh has a diverse work experience background. Mike started their career as a Service Manager Key Accounts at STEAG Electronic Systems/AG Associates in 1995 and worked there until 2000. From 2000 to 2002, they served as a Technical Support Manager at Lam Research. Later, in 2002, they joined Metron Technology as an SR Field Service Engineer. In 2003, they became the Regional Manager at ASM America, where they managed a team of Field Service Engineers and supervisory staff. Mike worked there until 2007. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as a Superintendent II Gas Plant Operations at Luminant Energy, responsible for managing the operation and facilities of the Trinidad Steam Electric generating unit. In 2012, they became a Safety/ Quality Consultant (Contract) at Global Safety Initiatives, where they executed safety and environmental audits and equipment installation quality inspections. Currently, Mike is working as a Lead Staff Engineer at Mattson Technology, starting from 2014.

Mike Welsh earned a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from DeVry University between 2003 and 2008. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science in Electronics from DeVry University.
