Peng Peng Tan has extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Peng Peng'smost recent position was as the HR Director at Mattson Technology. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Manager at both Coherent Corp. and Coherent Laser, where they handled various responsibilities such as talent development, HR operations, and compliance programs. Peng Peng has also held positions at John Wiley & Sons Singapore, Samsung Electronics, and SingTel Limited, where they focused on compensation and benefits, HR development, and employee engagement. Peng Peng Tan has a diverse education history. In 1997, they obtained a Diploma in Marketing from Nanyang Polytechnic. Peng Peng then pursued a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration at RMIT University from 2000 to 2001, specializing in Human Resources Management. In 2004, Peng Peng completed a Diploma in Human Resources Development at the Singapore Institute of Management.
