Mayra Foye

Mayra Foye's favorite food is Mexican. Growing up in a Mexican household, anything having to do with food is a time to be together with family and socialize (prepping the food, eating the food, and cleaning up after). Her favorite memories are when we would get together to make tamales every year. One of her favorite dishes is fried pork ribs in green or red salsa with cactus, rice, beans, and homemade flour or corn tortillas. It’s even better if someone else makes it ( her mom).
