Jacine Rutasikwa

Jacine Rutasikwa has a wealth of experience in the marketing and business development field. Jacine began their career in 2000 at the BBC as a Television Sport Production. In 2005, they moved to Euristix as a Marketing & Business Development Manager. In 2008, they worked as a Marketing at Genworth Financial. From 2009 to 2017, they held the role of Vice President Communications (Board Member) at the American Marketing Association's Chicago Chapter. From 2011 to 2017, they were a Marketing at Micromine. In 2015, they were a Director at Matugga Beverages, an innovative producer and retailer of artisanal spirits. Finally, since 2018, they have been the MD & Co-Founder of Matugga Distillers, an award-winning artisanal rum distillery in Livingston, Scotland.

Jacine Rutasikwa holds a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, obtained between 2008 and 2010. Jacine also holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Birmingham, obtained between 1997 and 2000. Additionally, they are a MCIM Chartered Marketer from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
