Michael Benitez

Michael Benitez has extensive experience in workforce solutions and operational management, currently serving as Regional Manager at MAU Workforce Solutions since September 2013, with previous roles including Operations Manager and General Manager. Prior to MAU, Michael worked as Shop Superintendent at Macuch Steel Products, where responsibilities included leading a Lean Six Sigma transformation of the workforce and production operations. Additionally, Michael held the position of Production Supervisor at Carolina Covertech and served as a soccer coach at US Soccer Coaching from January 2000 to 2012, focusing on team and individual goalkeeper training. Michael attended Virginia Wesleyan University between 1993 and 1994.
