Rob MacLane

Rob MacLane is the President of 3Ci, a MAU Workforce Solutions company. Rob has over 20 years of experience in sales and sales management.

Rob began their career with Insight Global, where they worked as an account executive and recruiter. Rob was responsible for penetrating new accounts and selling IT staffing services. Rob also recruited for software/application development, project and program management, business analysis, quality assurance, and software/hardware engineering positions.

After three years with Insight Global, Rob joined The Intersect Group, where they built the company’s Strategic Account Program from the ground up. Rob led a team of 30 account executives and recruiters and managed direct sales for IT account executives in Atlanta. Rob also developed the Atlanta IT market by penetrating new accounts and diversifying the company's customer base.

After eight years with The Intersect Group, Rob joined 3Ci as President. In this role, they are responsible for developing and executing advanced strategic plans to drive the company’s mission and objectives, while continuing to grow revenue and profitability. Rob also oversees company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

Rob MacLane has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from the University of Georgia's Terry College of Business.
