Ramesh Motee began their work experience in 1993 at The Mauritius Leasing Company Limited, where they served as the Chief Operating Officer until 2012. During their time there, they also held the position of Assistant General Manager from 2004 to 2010. In 2012, Motee joined Bramer Banking Corporation Ltd as the Senior Vice President of Operations and remained in that role until 2015. Ramesh then moved on to the National Commercial Bank (NCB Mauritius) as the Chief Operating Officer until 2016. Currently, Motee holds the position of Chief Risk Officer at MauBank Ltd, a role they have held since 2016.
