Laurence Wang

Laurence WANG is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in managing various HR aspects across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Regional HR Manager at GROUPE MAUFFREY since December 2016, Laurence oversees social relations, recruitment, training, career management, and integration of new companies. Previously, Laurence held the HR Manager position at STEF from February 2012 to November 2016, where responsibilities included managing HR for two subsidiaries, developing HR strategies, and overseeing health and safety policies. Prior experience also includes a role as HR Manager at GEFCO, managing personnel and recruitment for two production sites, and as an HR Assistant at ManpowerGroup, focusing on the entire HR process for the corporate headquarters. Laurence holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management from ISC Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Université Paris 13.
