Caulen Finch Aia

Caulen Finch, AIA, NCARB, is an accomplished Project Architect at Maugel DeStefano Architects since April 2022, with prior experience as an Architect at DiNisco Design, Inc., from July 2016 to April 2022. Caulen has a robust background in consulting with various engineering disciplines, developing comprehensive construction drawings, and managing project scopes to meet client aesthetics while controlling costs. Previously, Caulen served as a Project Manager for the Massachusetts School Building Authority from July 2010 to July 2016, overseeing multiple projects in the feasibility and schematic design phases and ensuring compliance with state regulations. An earlier experience as an Intern Architect involved analyzing K-12 construction projects and contributing to statewide guidelines. Caulen's career began with a role in project management at Walsh Brothers, Inc., where involvement included tracking submittals and coordinating construction schedules. Caulen holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture with a minor in History from Northeastern University.
