Crystal Henkel

Crystal Henkel is an accomplished Controls Engineer with extensive experience in laboratory management, data analysis, and process engineering. Currently at Maui Brewing Co. since September 2016, Crystal previously held positions at Hawaii Pacific University, Dow Chemical, Alloy Surfaces, and Rohm and Haas. Notable achievements include exceeding research goals for the Papahānaumokuākea Marine National Monument, reducing unplanned downtime through root cause analysis, and leading a lean manufacturing program that significantly enhanced productivity. Crystal's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Marine Science from Hawaii Pacific University and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Drexel University.
