Cliff Caesar

Cliff is the Chief Human Resources Officer. He has more than 30 years of experience in the field of Human Resources management. He has worked with some of the largest organizations here on Maui such as Sheraton Hotels and Resorts, Maui Pineapple Co. Ltd., Outrigger Hotels, Marriott Resorts and the Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort. He also spent more than 20 years with Maui Mediation Services as a volunteer mediator, board member, and President of the Board of Directors.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Cliff is responsible for the Human Resources strategy in support of the MEO business plan in areas such as succession planning, talent management, change management, performance management, benefits, employment, labor relations, employee relations, training and compensation. In other words, Cliff’s area of responsibility is everything that has to do with supporting our great employees.
