Joan Powell

Janay Powell is the Director of Student and Staff Culture at Maureen Joy Charter School. Janay has experience as a Curriculum Writer at Student U, English Teacher at KIPP ENC Public Schools and Public Schools of Robeson County, and Teaching Team Lead at Maureen Joy Charter School. Janay holds a Master of Business Administration in Communication from Walden University and a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from East Carolina University.
