Prior to this, Stephan held various marketing positions at companies such as RTL Group, Coty, LVMH, and L'Oréal. Stephan also has experience as a professional football player for TSV Alemannia Aachen GmbH. Stephan graduated from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences with a degree in Marketing and Personal Management, E-Commerce, and Entrepreneurship.
