Brandy Sommerfelt has a strong background in accounting and finance. Brandy started their career as an Accountant at Accountemps in 2003, where they spent a year as a consultant for Washington Mutual. Brandy then moved on to Mid-Way Supply Inc in 2005, where they served as a Senior Accountant, responsible for various accounting tasks, including account reconciliations and monthly journal entries. In 2011, Brandy joined Maurice Sporting Goods as an Accounting Manager and later became the Director of Accounting. In their role, they reviewed the financial results of the parent company and its subsidiaries, conducted monthly financial reviews, performed inventory analysis, and handled royalty calculations. Brandy also gained experience in journal entries, account analysis, and inventory analysis.
Brandy Sommerfelt completed their education from 1993 to 1997 at the University of Iowa. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Accounting.
