Bineet Basant

Bineet Basant, MBA, has a rich and diverse work experience spanning several prominent companies. Bineet is currently serving as the Vice President of Digital, Store, CRM/MarTech, and Integration Technologies at maurices since November 2023. Previously, Bineet worked at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. from 2014 to 2023, where they held the role of Associate Vice President (AVP), Digital eCommerce Technologies. In this role, they were responsible for leading and running 7 eCommerce websites, mobile selling channels, payment systems, and omnichannel inventory optimization systems. Bineet also served as the Director of Data & Application Integration at Ascena Retail Group, Inc., where they led and managed a team to develop, deliver, and operate data and integration platforms for 35+ applications. Prior to their tenure at Ascena Retail Group, Inc., Bineet worked at Infosys as a Principal in IT Strategy & Enterprise Architecture, where they provided consulting services to telecom, retail, and manufacturing companies. At Infosys, Bineet led various initiatives such as the development and delivery of a machine-to-machine (M2M) based "Connected Home" solution for a telecom company, rationalization of the ERP application portfolio, and implementation of a disaster recovery solution for a middleware system. Before that, Bineet served as the Head of Enterprise Application Integration at Hughes Telematics, Inc. and held senior roles at Oracle, Verizon, and Wipro Technologies.

Bineet Basant, MBA, has a diverse education history. Bineet earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree from Bangalore University, specializing in an unspecified field of study. Bineet then pursued a Diploma in Computers from C-DAC, focusing on Computers and Software Engineering.

Bineet furthered their education by obtaining an MBA from the Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business, specializing in Strategy, Operations, and Supply Chain Management.
