Michelle Capiod

Michelle Capiod is a Co-Founding Partner at Blume Equity, a climate-tech growth equity firm established in January 2020, focusing on sustainable investments that prioritize both economic and environmental goals. In addition to this role, Michelle serves on the boards of Normative.io and Matsmart - Motatos, and has invested in several companies including El Taco Truck, Moonfare, The Coconut Collaborative, Maurten, and 1928 Diagnostics, showcasing a keen interest in innovative and impactful ventures. Prior experience includes a significant tenure as a Partner at Mid Europa Partners from July 2003 to December 2016, where Michelle led private equity investments in Central and South Eastern Europe. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Economics from The Wharton School and prior studies at the University of Oxford and Sigtunaskolan Humanistiska Läroverket.
