Kaitlyn Hamilton

Kaitlyn H. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in population health and care advocacy, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Population Health and previously as the Sr. Director of Care Advocacy at Maven Clinic since February 2016. Prior roles include Director of Care Advocacy, Care Manager, and Care Advocate at the same organization. Kaitlyn has also worked as a Weekend Per Diem Social Worker at Planned Parenthood New York City, Inc. and as a Social Worker at Mount Sinai Health System. Earlier experience includes a Social Work Internship with the NYC Department of Education and a position as Program Associate at the Association to Benefit Children. Kaitlyn H. holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Gender and Sexuality Studies from Princeton University and a Master of Social Work from New York University.
