Kate Berlent

Kate Berlent has gained a diverse range of work experience over the years. Kate is currently working at Maven Clinic as the Sr. Director of Business Intelligence, a role they began in May 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Google for several years in various positions. From April 2020 to March 2023, they served as the Strategy, Operations, and Analytics Lead for Cloud Public Sector. In this role, they were responsible for leading a team of data analysts and technology program managers, as well as spearheading the development of an internal data product used by over 1000 internal users. From February 2016 to April 2020, they worked as the Business Intelligence & Analytics Manager for Real Estate & Workplace Services, where they founded and managed a team focused on data analysis and technology. Before that, from August 2014 to February 2016, they held the position of Product Manager for Workplace Technology. Kate also completed their MBA at Yale School of Management from August 2012 to August 2014.

Prior to their time at Google, Kate worked as a People Analytics Graduate Intern at Google from June 2013 to August 2013, where they conducted statistical analysis on workplace productivity. Kate also has experience as the National Strategy and Operations Manager at Citizen Schools from April 2010 to May 2012. Additionally, Kate worked as a Consulting Associate at Cambridge Associates LLC from September 2008 to April 2010 and as a Fellow in the Office of Public Interest Advising at Harvard Law School from May 2006 to January 2007.

Kate Berlent has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Comparative Literature and Spanish from Hamilton College. Kate also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Yale School of Management. Prior to their higher education, they attended Medfield High School.
