Qef Johnson

Qef Johnson is a seasoned professional in maternal health, holding roles as a Birth Doula, Postpartum Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Parental Leave Coach at The Magical Birth since November 2012, and also serves as a Doula and Childbirth Educator at Maven Clinic since October 2015. As the co-founder of weFETE, established in October 2019, Qef promotes soca culture globally. Additionally, Qef has contributed to the Center for Parental Leave Leadership as a Certified RETAIN Parental Leave Coach from July 2022 to September 2024 and previously excelled as a Clinical Quality Manager at Healthfirst, leading significant improvements in hospital quality performance. Earlier experience includes empowering urban youth as the Assistant Director of an Entrepreneurial Program. Educational qualifications include a degree from Howard University and a Practical Nursing Diploma from the Board of Education.
