Jonathan Yuan

Jonathan Yuan has a strong background in data and analytics, with over 25 years of experience in various industries. Currently, they are the SVP, Head of Data & AI at The Arena Group, where they are responsible for building a data-driven organization and driving business strategy. Prior to this, as Head of Data & Analytics at SpaceX, they led the data and analytics team. Jonathan has also held positions as the Director of Data Science & Analytics at Nationwide Pet, Director of Customer & Marketing Analytics at Experian Consumer Services, and Director of Analytical Center of Excellence at J.D. Power. In these roles, they developed advanced data science models, led the analysis of performance metrics, and implemented strategic customer analysis. Jonathan has demonstrated expertise in driving decision-making through data-driven insights and has published papers on social media and text analytics research.

Jonathan Yuan received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from UCLA between 1979 and 1983. Jonathan later pursued a Master's degree in Data Science from the University of Pennsylvania, completing it between 1986 and 1988.
