Kristen Despotakis

Kristen Despotakis is a Senior Social Media Editor at The Arena Group, overseeing social media initiatives for TheStreet since March 2022. Prior to this role, Kristen served as a Social Media Editor and Associate Social Media Editor at Yahoo Finance from September 2019 to March 2022. Kristen's early experience includes an Editorial Intern position at WholeFoods Magazine, where responsibilities involved writing feature stories and assisting with editorial tasks, as well as an Intern Reporter/Video Highlight Producer role at RVision, focused on filming sporting events and creating highlight packages. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Media Studies and Economics from Rutgers University–New Brunswick, completed in 2019, and graduated from Paramus Catholic High School in 2015.
