Lee Ann Prosky-Carter

Lee Ann Prosky-Carter has over 35 years of experience in finance and accounting. Lee Ann began their career in 1986 as a Senior Manager at Deloitte & Touche, where they gained experience in SEC reporting and business combinations. In 1996, they moved to Westinghouse Electric Company as a Manager of Financial Analysis. From 1998 to 2004, Lee Ann held various roles at Siemens Energy, including Division Controller and Director of Accounting & Reporting. During this time, they achieved key financial targets, established Quality function, implemented Six Sigma and SAP modules, and executed the financial aspects of a sale of a business. From 2004 to 2007, they were the Vice President of Corporate Controller at Siemens Enterprise Communications, where they led a Corporate Controlling team. From 2007 to 2017, they were the Vice President of Corporate Controller at HM Health Solutions, where they supported platform executives and clients in financial reporting, forecasting & budgeting, pricing, invoicing, and other operational finance activities. From 2020 to 2021, they were the Chief Financial Officer at Wolfe. Currently, they are the Chief Financial Officer at Maven Machines, where they are revolutionizing how the world moves with the most comprehensive, advanced fleet management software on the market.

Lee Ann Prosky-Carter attended Carnegie Mellon University from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management & Economics. Lee Ann then went on to pursue their MBA in Accounting at New York University from 1986 to 1991.
