Jennifer Garver

Jennifer Garver has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Jennifer served as the Chief Financial Officer for the MAVEN Project and currently holds the same position at the Rocky Mountain Biological Laboratory. Additionally, they worked as a Certified Public Accountant at Garver Accounting. In the past, Jennifer held various finance positions at the City of Uvalde, including Finance Director and City Manager.

Jennifer Garver earned a Bachelor's of Business Administration and a Master's of Science in Accounting from Texas Tech University between 1996 and 2001.
