Ellie Montejo

Ellie Montejo has been in the recruitment and training field since 2017. Ellie began their career as a Recruiter at Northwestern Mutual in 2017 and then moved into a Director of Recruiting role. In 2021, they joined Century Group as a Talent Acquisition Manager and then moved to Maven Recruiting Group as their Internal Recruiting & Training Lead. In this role, they build out the internal Recruiting & Accounts Teams and equips new hires with the training & development they need to ramp up quickly and achieve success in their roles.

Ellie Montejo obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology and Communication Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts (AA) in Sociology and Communication Studies from Bakersfield College.
