Toni-Ann Saunders

Toni-Ann Saunders has a diverse work experience in various industries. Toni-Ann started their career as an Office Assistant at Boston University in 2000, where they managed administrative tasks and maintained student records. From 2003 to 2006, they worked as a Research Assistant at Boston Medical Center, conducting biochemical assays and performing in vitro and in vivo studies on rodent models.

In 2008, Toni-Ann joined Caritas Christi Health Care as a Graduate Intern at Caritas Norwood Hospital. Toni-Ann collected and analyzed data on hand hygiene observations and prepared feedback reports for senior management.

That same year, they also started working at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, initially as a Clinical Research Coordinator and later promoted to Sr. Clinical Research Coordinator. Toni-Ann contributed to evidence-based practice programs and managed clinical research projects. From 2010 to 2012, they served as a Program Coordinator, focusing on evidence-based practice.
