Justin Pearson

Justin Pearson is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the recruitment and advisory sectors. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Maven Search since March 2021, Pearson has also established himself as the Founder and Managing Director of Hyvve, a boutique management consultancy focused on recruitment. Pearson holds several leadership roles as Non-Executive Chairman across various firms, including Pullmann Global, Stratum International, Timberseed, The Halkin Partnership, and MCG Talent. Previously, Pearson was Chairman at HC Group and held the position of Founder and CEO at Oxbridgejobs.com, as well as Founder of Active Training. Pearson's educational background includes a BA Hons in Economics & Sociology from the University of Stirling.
