Maven Strategy helps companies build and scale payments and financial services programs that drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and unlock new revenue streams.

We partner with software platforms to transform payments from a necessary infrastructure into a strategic platform capability - enabling them to attract more customers, deepen engagement, and expand their product offering.

Unlike traditional consulting firms, Maven Strategy combines deep payments and financial services expertise with hands-on operational experience. We support companies across the full lifecycle - from strategy and commercial negotiations through program design, integration, and operational scale.

Our work helps platforms unlock growth by building and expanding payments and financial services capabilities across global markets.

Our work typically includes:

• Payments & Financial Services Strategy
• Processor and Partner Selection & Commercial Negotiations
• Payments Monetization & Platform Go-to-Market Strategy
• Product Roadmap and Integration Planning & Implementation Support
• Operations, Compliance, & Risk Infrastructure
• Organizational Design & Team Development

Our mission is simple:
To help companies build scalable payments and financial services businesses that support their customers and accelerate platform growth.
